Job Profile:
Looking for Associate Software Engineer.
Job Responsibility:
Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities
Must be able to understand and analyze project requirements and translate into specifications.
Coding and unit testing
Constantly horning the technical skills
Need to follow the agile project methodologies
Desire to be a key player on a small, early, growing team that is building software services for valuable customers
Ability to execute and deliver to tight guidelines and schedules
Desired Skills:
Core Java knowledge is a mandatory
Good written and verbal communication is a must
Knowledge with SQL using Oracle/PostgreSQL is desired [not mandatory]
Strong overall programming experience building web-based and large scale systems desired[not mandatory]
knowledge in Grails or Spring or any framework is desired[not mandatory]
Ability to write Stored Procedures, write complex SQL queries, Triggers and ability to analyze the SQL data is preferred [Not Mandatory]
Experience with cloud-based and SaaS products [Not Mandatory]
Experience with Jasper report is desired [Not Mandatory]
Note:
There is a written tests and interview before allow you for trainings.
3 Months are training period. There is no salary during the training period. We will give you offer letter and an appointment letter. If you are below average, we will provide the feedback and don?t observe you.
There is no bond. There is no charge for trainings.
Salary: Your initial salary will be 9000Rs per month after your training period gets over. Every six months your salary will be revised based on your performance.
